Private beach access allows you to take merely 20 steps before your toes are in the sand. Our unit is located on the 3rd floor with a balcony over looking the beautiful pool deck. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with a beautiful sunrise or your afternoon cocktail with the warm ocean breeze and stunning sunset. After a long hot sunny day on the beach escape back to Sweet Rayne with your family and stay in and enjoy our provided board games, while you are waiting for dinner to come out of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher. If you feel like going out, just a short 5 minute drive down the beach you can explore all the delicious restaurants and family friendly activities. Step into the open and airy living area, which has been newly renovated and decorated for maximum relaxation while at the beach. Enjoy the comfort of central air conditioning and terracotta beach style floors. Our master bedroom features a queen size plush bed, comfortable linens and a large closet. Our light and airy loft bedroom features a full bed and single bed in the style of bunk beds. We offer beach towels, toys, after sun aloe vera, cards, cozy blankets and board games. Nautical Watch Condominiums consist of 6 buildings. Our condo is located in building C which is directly in front of the private beach access, which is located between building A and B. This is an extremely short walk "approximately 20 feet" across the complex parking lot to access the beach. We are the closest building to the beach, but not the gulf front building. Amenities include WIFI, smart televisions in living room and master bedroom, washer and drying in unit, dishwasher (with provided soap), coffee pot with provided coffee and sugar, keyless entry, portable grill utensil kit, and crockpot. Guest access Access to the whole condo unit. Other things to note Condo is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator available.
