The modern open kitchen has a coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob, toaster, refrigerator, kitchen linen and there is even a bar with stools. The luxurious bathroom has rain shower with warm water, towels and bath towels. The bedroom has an inverter air conditioning, queen size hotel bed and bed linen. The bedroom also has a Smart TV with Chromecast with which you can stream from your own device. In addition to a wardrobe, there is also a lockbox, laundry rack and cooler with cool elements. Adjacent to the apartment is a tropical covered terrace through a Palapa. The Palapa features a cozy seating area, dining table with chairs and a mini kamado BBQ. Other things to note To start your vacation relaxed on arrival, we can provide a grocery package for you. Ask about the possibilities. We value a clean and fresh apartment. That's why you get clean bed linen and towels every 8 days. If you stay with us for 15 days or more, a interim cleaning will be scheduled for you. This cleaning is mandatory and the cost of this is $25,- per time. This fee can be paid upon arrival. The price per night includes water and electricity. This is to normal use. For normal usage, we assume 6kWh per day. That's more than enough to sleep comfortably at night with air conditioning. Any more consumption will be charged afterwards at check-out. 1 kWh is $0.50 When you check in and out of your stay, the meter readings are shared with you.
