Guest access The rental price includes: - Swimming pool is unlimited (working hours from 12 to 00); - 3 hours of sauna per day; - Bed linen for 12 people (6 sets included); - Dishes for up to 20 people; -Wifi- 2 TVs; Music equipment; - Light music; - Billiards (American). Other things to note Please note: - Personal hygiene products, convenient indoor shoes, disposable tablecloths, grill accessories (skewers, grate, coal, ignition) should be brought with you. - It is forbidden to bring your musical equipment with you without a prior approval. - Check-in and Check-out take place at a preset time. If you need early or late check-in/check-out, please let us know while booking. This is an additional service. - Check-in is carried out upon presentation of the passport of the person who made the reservation. If the booking was made for another person, you must specify the details of the person who will be staying in the rented cottage while booking. Upon arrival at the cottage, the tenant is obliged to come to know the rules of stay on the territory of our complex and sign them. The owner has the right to refuse to check in on a paid reservation to a person who has not presented an identity document. — if NECESSARY, an additional hour of sauna from 1000 rubles; — If NECESSARY, additional linen — 500 rubles/set (double set of linen, bath towel) or you can bring your own; — IF necessary, additional pillows, a blanket — 500 rubles (2 pillows, 1 double blanket) or you can bring your own; If NECESSARY, cleaning of the house, territory, garbage removal 3000 rubles; — Slippers (any clean replacement shoes) must be brought with you or purchased from the administrator 100 rubles/pair (it is forbidden to walk around the house in outdoor shoes); — Tablecloths for banquets (if necessary) — 500 rubles/p;
