The space This is a one acre property with plenty of room for your dog to roam. The back yard backs onto the Niagara escarpment and boasts a large fire pit area with a view of Georgian Bay and a horseshoe pit for hours of fun. Inside, you will find a fully equipped 2 bedroom bungalow including gas range and dishwasher and a dedicated washer/dryer. The bungalow has a large front facing outside deck area with barbecue and patio set for 6. Behind the house is a large 6 person hot tub with a view of the pretty backyard escarpment that also features a cave. Upstairs and completely separate from the bungalow, is a 900 sq. ft. loft with a nautical theme. Enjoy the beautiful views of Colpoys Bay and the marina from the large picture window or private deck with conversation set. The loft area comes with queen bed and fully equipped kitchen including a gas range and coffee bar complete with specialty coffee maker. The bathroom is very roomy with a large walk-in shower and dedicated washer and dryer. This loft also features it's own "dog house" area complete with large dog bed and basket of goodies for your best friend to enjoy. There is also an office nook complete with desk and comfy office chair. Enjoy the many games and puzzles with a little nook for putting your puzzles together. The bungalow and loft can be wide open, or if you prefer, you can separate the loft area for more privacy. Guest access The large circle driveway leaves plenty of room for guests to park. There is plenty of room to park a watercraft, snowmobiles, motorcycles or ATVs including a closed-in, lighted carport area for our guests to use. Other things to note We supply complimentary coffee and tea, sugar and coffee whitener, salt and pepper and a variety of spices as well as olive oil to assist with your meal preparation. There is also some handy wrap, tin foil and parchment paper along with a supply of paper towels. For your four-legged friends, we supply feeding bowls, poop bags, doggie treats, one large dog bed, some dog toys and complimentary towels for wiping their wet feet. There will be couch covers supplied for your convenience, to help keep the furniture clean. Please note that the backyard is NOT fenced and we are not responsible for any injuries incurred if you let your dog off leash. Please note that smoking is NOT allowed inside the house, but for your convenience, there is an ash tray located on each deck.
