The space This is a one acre property with plenty of room for your dog to roam. The back yard backs onto the Niagara escarpment and boasts a large fire pit area with a view of Georgian Bay and a horseshoe pit for hours of fun. Inside, you will find a fully equipped 2 bedroom bungalow including gas range and dishwasher and a dedicated washer/dryer. The bungalow has a large front facing outside deck area with barbecue and patio set for 6. Enjoy the variety of games and books for the whole family to enjoy. The breezeway inside the main front door is shared by the owners in the garage loft, however there is a locked doorway into the entrance of the bungalow for your security and privacy. Guest access The large circle driveway leaves plenty of room for 3 vehicles max. Other things to note We supply complimentary coffee and tea, sugar and coffee whitener, salt and pepper and a variety of spices as well as cooking oil to assist with your meal preparation. There is also some handy wrap, tin foil and parchment paper along with a supply of paper towels. For your four-legged friends, we supply feeding bowls, poop bags, doggie treats, one large dog bed, some dog toys and complimentary towels for wiping their wet feet. There will be couch covers supplied for your convenience, to help keep the furniture clean. Please note that the yard is not fenced and your dog must be on a leash when outside. Please note that smoking is NOT allowed inside the house, but for your convenience, there is an ash tray located on the deck.
