Just metres from the beach, you can check the surf without leaving your bed! The space At The Beach is located just one house back from the beach, an easy stroll to the sand, shops and a playground. It would suit one, two, or even three families, comfortably sleeping up to 11 people with 1 king, 1 queen, 2 doubles, and 1 double + 1 single bunk (other configurations available; contact owner to discuss your needs). The beautiful downstairs entertainer's kitchen has sweeping views directly to the beach while the second kitchen/living area upstairs is perfect for a relaxed breakfast with equally spellbinding views. Multiple decks with barbecues and outdoor dining settings allow for alfresco dining in sun or shade. Full solar power, rainwater and grey-water systems. So come and spend your Christmas/New Year At The Beach and enjoy a morning dip in the ocean before rinsing off in the outdoor shower, a coffee from our barista-quality machine and breakfast on the deck overlooking the beautiful Ocean Grove beach. The pantry is well stocked with all the essentials - herbs, spices, coffee, baking needs Free wifi, Sonos stereo system with Spotify. Guest access The whole house will be available to you, excluding the garage, however there is ample parking on the property or in the beach front carpark nearby. There's an outdoor shower so you can walk straight up from the surf and rinse off at home. Other things to note The house is very eco friendly with solar power, rain water used throughout (except the kitchen sink) and a grey water system. Windows are double-glazed with an effective passive solar design.
