Turn off all appliances, air conditioner. -Make sure all dishes are clean, dry, and put away and all your personal belongings are with you. Rubbish into the outside bins..see Departure Check List on the fridge. - If guests choose to leave the house untidy without cleaning up properly a charge of $100 applies. - The maximum number of guests is 4. Your stay is booked for the number of guests you have paid for. Other guests are not permitted. Our property is for the exclusive use of our paying guests. It is not suitable for parties or gatherings of any type. - Bookings of 2 adults are for one couple sharing the main bedroom. Please let us know if you require use of the second bedroom as additional charges apply. - No smoking, pets or schoolies groups, children or infants. - Spa bath: directions for use in bathroom. Please use only water in the spa. Thank you. - Charges apply for use of beds that have not been booked. By booking your stay with us you agree to take full responsibility for the safety and care of our property, including our full terms and conditions displayed in the house information folder. - We offer Netflix on our 4K Smart TV, however please note, 'normal' TV service is patchy in our area so may not be accessible on your stay. However you will have an endless supply of entertainment on Netflix! - The shower is over the bathtub, so you will need to step in / out of it.
