The amenities are managed by a 3rd party and the host is not responsible for changes in availability. Guest assumes all responsibility and liability for the use of the house, water toys, and any of the community facilities. Guest access This townhome is located in a gated community. You will have private access to the entire home during your stay. Before your arrival, we will message you the gate access code. Self Check-in to the property is via a personalized door code to our smart lock which is provided 2 days prior to arrival. Make yourself at home! Other things to note Please remember that you are staying at a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect and if any problems arise, we will do our best to take care of the problem as soon as possible. However, note that there is no one living on site. In addition to the house rules (please ensure to review them), here are some additional important things to consider: ☑ Please always remember to turn the gas fireplace off when leaving the house. ☑ All bed linens and towels are provided. Additionally, a Starter Kit is provided that includes some paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. ☑ We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart. We have a lawn maintenance service. They do their best not to disturb guests, but they do come on a bi-weekly basis to the property. ☑ We provide Smart TVs (Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Prime/Disney+), so just bring your own passwords. ☑ The house is located in a natural area, so you may see & hear bugs, critters of all sizes (including but not limited to squirrels and birds), & reptiles. Our property has regularly scheduled pest control, however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in & around the property. Please try to keep the doors closed, and do not leave food outside to prevent the entry of unwanted critters. Do not feed any wildlife as they are wild animals. No refunds will be provided if a local critter visits the property. ☑ There are no refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control (including availability of community amenities)
