Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM. When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The Conservation Park is only eight miles away and offers hiking and biking on multiple trails through marshy wetlands. If tours are your thing, do a dolphin or snorkel tour, and if you're traveling with kids, you'll have virtually endless possibilities for entertainment, including Pirates Island Adventure Park, Wonderworks, and Emerald Coast Mirror Maze, to name a few. This home's interior is bright and open, with pleasant decor with a balcony that faces the ocean. The unit has two full bathrooms with freshly remodeled showers. Lounge in the living room in air-conditioned comfort and revel in the view, or spend some time on the balcony and enjoy the sunshine. The flatscreen cable TV and free WiFi provide plenty of entertainment, and the private washer/dryer is an added convenience. Create luscious meals in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy them in the dining area. IMPORTANT: Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is 5 guests, INCLUDING children and infants.
