Since this was our full-time home at one point we have equipped the house very comfortably. The house has an open concept design with large tv with enough sofa space for six, three bedrooms, two baths and reading nook. The house features a large screened in porch with propane grill, backyard has canal access providing unrivaled sunsets and plenty of room for exploring with four mango trees, two avocado and one macadamia nut tree. Satellite beach has great local restaurants and short drive to truly great fine dining but who doesn’t love a home cooked meal every once in a while? The house comes complete with an extensive fully furnished kitchen for a nice family dinner on the enormous farm style live edge dining room table. The master bedroom has a king memory foam bed, two closets (one walk in), dresser and attached bathroom with views of the water! The second bedroom has a queen memory foam bed and full desk for those that can’t quite escape work. The third bedroom has bunk beds perfect for the kiddos and great natural light. There is a two-car garage with an owner divider leaving guests space for one car and the washer/dryer. The house comes with beach essentials including – chairs, umbrella, coolers and bike to explore the town. Guest access You will have access to the entire house with (except one locked room and garage partition) the use of a front door code provided. Other things to note The house is on a canal with no fencing or barrier– so please no unsupervised children in the backyard. The side yard has a rack with outrigger canoes that are NOT available for guest use.
