The outdoor area and the house have flights of stairs at the entrance, so children must be accompanied by adults! Therefore, we do not recommend long stays for children. Guests can access the laundry room and other areas of the property. The property is divided with another neighbor, forming a small condominium, separated by walls. Other things to note The house is in the highest part of the neighborhood. It is a narrow street, steeply sloping for about a hundred meters. Cars go up and there is room for maneuvering. We have an internal parking space with an electronic gate, and you can park the car at the beginning of the street as well. But we don't always have them available, so it's important to check with us before booking.
