After reading the power meter on the day of checkout, the ACTUAL AMOUNT CONSUMED will be calculated and any amount paid in excess will be returned. —> EXAMPLE⬇️: If the reservation is for 3 nights, the amount of R$240.00 (R$80.00 x 3) will be charged at the time of check-in as an advance. At the end of the stay (checkout), the energy meter will be read: • If the consumption is R$180.00, the amount of R$60.00 will be returned. • If consumption is R$240.00, there will be no refund or additional charge. • If consumption exceeds the amount equivalent to R$240.00, the excess will be charged at the rate of R$1.00 per kWh consumed beyond the limit.
