The space The main floor has a generous primary suite with lake views, king bed and private bathroom, as well as a kitchen, half bath, living room with TV, and a sunny 3-season porch covered in screened windows. The lower floor has two bedrooms, a shared full bathroom, one king bed and one queen bed and lake views. For remote work, there's a dedicated office with a live edge wooden desk, fast internet, and a door to close for those video calls. There's also another small sitting area and a laundry room with a large washer and dryer. Outside, take the steps down to the private floating dock on the 588 acre Wilson Pond. Great for swimming or floating in the floatable chairs. There are two kayaks and a paddle board (with lifejackets) to explore the 10 miles of lakeshore. 3 small islands make for a fun, quick excursion. The lake has great fishing and lots of wildlife, including bald eagles, beavers and loons. Other things to note The cabin sits perched on a hill, which makes for great views and peaceful quiet, but please note that there are only stairs without railings from the driveway to the front door and from the house to the lake. Per lake regulations, the floating sections of the dock are pulled out of the water for the winter between September - May. The water is still accessible for kayaking, fishing, etc. year round via a permanent staircase and small platform. There's also a great view of the water from the house and the outdoor fire pit.
