Walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier, surf or just lay on the beautiful beach, watch the Rocket launches, go to downtown Cocoa Beach, eat at the Port and watch the ships depart. Only 45 min to Orlando airport and 1 hour to Disney. Come enjoy, relax and have fun. I want to mention the bathroom is in the bedroom so may not be suitable for 4 adults, although I can sleep 4. Other things to note This is a true 1 bedroom with a sleeper sofa. I say 3 guests although if you have small children could be suitable for 4. May not be suitable for adult children. Keep in mind of the space.
