Located in a family-friendly and safe neighborhood, close to nature and easy access to the city's main tourist landmarks. It is about 2.5 km from the Oktoberfest Park and 5 blocks from the Cathedral, halfway between the Indian Cave and the Cruz Park. The space The space of approximately 40m2, consists of 3 rooms, the bedroom, the bathroom and the gourmet space. Bedroom: queen size bed, sheets, pillows, blankets, large sofa, minibar, smart TV 43, armchair and wardrobe with mirror. It also has a small table with 2 chairs and 2 cups (instant coffee and sugar sachets) for you to prepare and drink your coffee. Split air-conditioning (hot/cold). Bathroom: hot shower, glass shower stall, toilet, toilet paper, sink, mirror, face and bath towel, shampoo, soap and hairdryer. Gourmet Space: barbecue, sink, countertop, skewers, gas cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, small rustic wood stove, table, chairs and some utensils, if you want to prepare some food, or even promote that "warm up" with friends before going to Oktoberfest or Enart. NOTE: If you wish or intend to use the wood-burning stove and/or barbecue, it is advisable to communicate in advance, so that dry firewood and charcoal can be provided. The space is prepared to receive 2 people, with all bed and bath linens included, but can be prepared to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, using extra mattresses. In this case, prior communication and value adjustments are required. Our space is easy to move around for people with some type of mobility difficulty and/or wheelchair users, as it has wide doors and no steps. NOTE: The bathroom does not fall under the Accessibility Law. Your Pet, if small in size, will be very welcome as long as it is docile, with prior notice and payment of a fee. Some rules must be respected, such as: 1. The guest is solely responsible for their well-being (food, clothing, accommodation, etc.) while in the stay; 2. The animal should not climb on/sleep on the bed; 3. The guest must maintain and return the space clean and free of waste left by the animal; 4. Any damage to the property may be charged to the guest.
