The space 𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗙𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘 𝗜𝗧 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘: 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘆: Walk to the sand in just 5 minutes via the Coral St. access path, which begins just steps from our driveway. With no major roads to cross, it is incredibly convenient for families with young children. We provide wagons to effortlessly transport beach gear and little ones, ensuring a hassle-free day by the ocean. 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁: With five generous bedrooms—each featuring at least one king or queen bed—our home comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests (recommended max of 10 adults). Ample indoor and outdoor common spaces ensure everyone can relax and spread out after a day of adventure. 𝗨𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗙𝘂𝗻: Enjoy endless entertainment with our private heated swimming pool, inviting hot tub, and a sprawling sand pit play area—a perfect spot for kids to build sandcastles, play games, and let their imaginations run wild. With outdoor barstools, it’s a great spot for adults to socialize and play yard games, too! The heated pool feature ensures enjoyment even during cooler seasons. 𝗞𝗶𝗱-𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘀: We've got your little ones covered with baby/toddler essentials, including cribs, highchairs, gates, and more. Plus, plenty of beach and pool toys and gear to keep them entertained for hours. 𝗣𝗲𝘁 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆: Two dogs stay free with each reservation. If you would like to bring additional four-legged travelers, we can accommodate you at our discretion for $175 per animal with advance notice. There are no breed or weight restrictions, but they need to be at least 1 year old, well-mannered, and fully housebroken. With all the cookware and small appliances you could want, vacation dinners are easy when the kitchen works with you, not against you. 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: In accordance with state law, guests must sign a written vacation rental agreement and provide an email address and photo ID after booking. Rental agreements not returned within 24 hours of receipt are subject to reservation cancellation. A preview document is available for review before booking, and all prospective guests are encouraged to do so. 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀: This is a nonsmoking property. Weapons, illegal drugs, and open-flame devices are strictly prohibited. Maximum occupancy is 15 guests, including infants and children (recommended max of 10 adults). The number and sizes of beds offered are meant to accommodate flexible sleeping arrangements and should not be taken as a representation of permitted occupancy. The minimum rental age is 25, and use is limited to the guest and their family members only (as defined in the rental agreement). Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance, as refunds are provided only per our stated policy. 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲: The property has two external cameras capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images 24/7 with owner access to the recordings at all times. They are located on the north and south sides of the property and point toward the road.
