Creekside Retreat

A spacious cottage nestled in the wildflowers and lush woods. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath retreat is located next to the trickling sounds of our own forest creek on 4 acres, in sight of the Perkiomen Creek, Biking and Nature Trails. Being here sooths the mind, in the relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, completely renovated in 2022. Perfect for study, relaxation, recreation, or remote work. Secluded yet not remote, this is your retreat to a quiet natural spot with many bird songs and wildlife. The space We have a beautiful view of the outside throughout the house with large windows, patio doors and a skylight. Bright rooms with interesting art. Wildflowers and garden always have something in bloom. We have 2 bedrooms one with queen bed and the other with a full, Large living room with pull out couch with double bed, and a lower level with a futon that is another double sleeping spot. One bathroom with shower/tub Full kitchen with modern design and new appliances. Outdoors are three decks, patio table and chairs and umbrellas, and a hardscape patio with picnic table and gas grill. We have 4 "trail" bikes for guests to use- they arent fancy but were recently tuned up. Guest access You have the use of the whole house and outdoors of 4 acres. Washer dryer is free for your use. Other things to note We have keypad so you can do contactless check-in. The Green Lane park and Perkiomen Valley have biking, hiking, fishing, and cross country skiing.
