RAIZ - an inspiring retreat, surrounded by nature!

Just 35 km from Serra da Estrela and 75 km from Coimbra, in a small village in Serra do Açor with daily delivery of fresh bread, is RAIZ, a 1907 house waiting for you to enjoy good views and a magnificent sunset on the terrace. Spacious and cozy, air-conditioning, a living room with a fireplace and a garage with direct access to the house, where you will find several bicycles to explore the surroundings. The space House consisting of 3 floors, the ground floor being composed of a hall and bedroom with full private WC, the first floor through the living room, kitchen, laundry room, service WC and direct access to the garage, and second floor with 2 bedrooms, complete WC and access to the terrace. Room with dining table, sofa, reading material and many games and toys, which provide maximum comfort, fun and coziness as it is embraced by the heat of the salamander's fire. Air Conditioning in all bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Grand sun terrace with great views, magnificent sunsets and stargazing, with a dining table and another table for relaxing. WIFI in the interior and on the terrace. Go down a few steps from the terrace and enjoy the yard, with several fruit trees and swings. In the garage you will find several bicycles to set off to discover the various paths and routes around Anceriz. Or, simply, walk. If you're an early riser, let yourself be awakened by the slaps of a flock of sheep that fortunately still insists on passing at the beginning of dawn. But, if you still want to remain a little more enveloped by the sheets, you will hardly remain lying when you begin to hear the daily coming of the baker, who will be happy to present fresh bread. Anceriz is a small and calm village, ideal starting point for walks, hiking and cycling routes, and river beaches just 5 minutes away. Situated only 10 minutes from Côja or Grandpa (shops, restaurants, ATM, pharmacy). 1 hour from Coimbra, 2 hours from Porto Airport and 2h30 from Lisbon Airport. Guest access After a trip, it is always good to be rested and relaxed, knowing that you can park the car in a spacious garage with an automatic gate, which has direct access to the first floor of the house, and you can unload your luggage in comfort. The main entrance to the house is from the front, on the main street, where you can leave the key in a safe, for greater comfort and security. Other things to note - No smoking inside the house. - Baby chair and crib available free of charge upon request. If the respective bed linen is requested, there will be an extra fee of 10 euros per stay. - Pets are allowed, a maximum of 2. The guest will be responsible for hygiene inside and outside the space, care of the furniture, and the circulation of animals in the yard must be accompanied and properly secured, for the animals' own safety. Only 2 containers for water and food will be provided. - House not suitable for people with reduced mobility, due to the existence of 2 flights of stairs, and younger children should be supervised during their use, as well as in case of use of the salamander. - At the time of check-in, all guests must show their identification document and, in the case of foreign citizens, must complete the SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) Accommodation Bulletin – available at the house -, according to the legislation in force.
