The space This colourful studio apartment is located on the first floor of a lift-free apartment building in the heart of the party district, in a super location. It is equipped with everything you need, air-conditioned small apartment with a comfortable mattress in the mezzanine, smart TV, kitchen, private bathroom, washing machine. Guest access The "bedroom" on the mezzazine is furnished with a comfortable mattress and a smart TV (you can watch the streaming channels with your own account) on the dresser. The kittchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, hot plate, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, everything you need to prepare a delicious breakfast or dinner. In the bathroom with shower, you will find shower gel and shampoo (2in1), and in the washing machine you can freshen up your clothes. You can find iron and iron board, too in the apartment. Of course, we also provide freshly laundered bath towels and hand towels for all our guests. The heating is central, but the radiator is adjustable. Air conditioner is only available during the summer months, when the temperature rises above 25 degrees Celsius for a long period of time. Other things to note Our luggage room, located 10 minutes' walk from the apartment, is open every day from 10:00 to 18:00, and our own guests receive a discount.
