Description

Small apartment on the ground floor, typical Sevillian house, for 2 people. Very high windows overlooking the garden and the interior patio. Bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and living room with integrated kitchen. Sheets, towels, toiletries, and breakfast. Includes covered parking a few meters from the building. Check-in after 2:00 PM. CHECK-OUT before 11:00 AM. SELF CHECK-IN: keys in the nearby BOX. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT. DO NOT HANG CLOTHES IN THE COURTYARD. TAKE OUT THE TRASH WHEN LEAVING. The space Located in the La Judería/San Bartolomé neighborhood, the historic center of Seville, but it is NOT the Santa Cruz neighborhood. Advantage: quieter, closer to the train station, several supermarkets three minutes from the apartment. Drawback: You have to walk between 5 and 15 minutes to visit some of the city's monuments. If you don't know the city, arriving by car can be more complicated as it is surrounded by pedestrian streets. The building is a typical Sevillian house, listed, with a large patio. ADVANTAGE: get to know/experience what traditional Sevillian construction is like "from inside the building". There are NO outside views (see photos). DRAWBACK: Two of the three windows are very high and can be difficult to open and close (see video). The third window overlooks the courtyard, located on the ground floor. It is a very cool space in summer and cold in winter. Seville is a city famous for its heat. However, it can also be a humid city in spring, autumn or winter. Remember that we are CURRENTLY still suffering from DROUGHT IN ANDALUSIA, so WE USE THE SHOWER AND NOT THE BATHTUB. DISCOUNTS ON STAYS FOR WEEKS AND MONTHS. For more information about the neighborhood, check out Eva's Guide on Airbnb. Guest access SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE APARTMENT. Smoking is allowed in the patio. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT. You will find a small folding clothesline inside the bedroom closet. You can put it in the bathroom. The washing machine does NOT have a dryer. There is a person in charge of cleaning the apartment. Please, if upon arrival you detect that any area or element of the apartment is not impeccably clean, please communicate it to the co-host or Eva, through the Airbnb chat, to check and clean it. Both inside the apartment and in the common areas, we follow the Airbnb cleaning manual: I disinfect frequently touched surfaces, including doorknobs with approved disinfectants, and protect myself while cleaning to avoid cross-contamination. I provide extra cleaning supplies in case you need to clean during your stay. I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. Other things to note The apartment is part of a housing community, so please respect the neighbors' peace. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE APARTMENT.
