The space The apartment is quiet, overlooking green forest, both from the bedroom and the living room. It is close to the Estácio subway, the City Hall of RJ, EXPOMAG, the court of the Escola de Samba Estácio de Sá, the Sambódromo, with public transportation to all regions. Close to colleges and everything: bakery, markets, pharmacies, gyms, etc. Guest access If you have a car, you can store it in the apartment's parking space. Car apps stop at the building's door; super friendly doormen! During your stay I like to provide the best possible stay, so I adapt to the interests of the guests and I am always available to help when I have availability. When I'm home, I can offer a breakfast of couscous or tapioca with scrambled eggs! The kitchen is fully available!
