This beloved, inviting, and classic ski chalet situated in the heart of Mt. Abram Village is fantastic in all seasons. Inside, the main level offers 1 bedroom (queen), 1 bathroom and an open kitchen and sun-filled living area with a big back deck for grilling, chilling and taking in the mountain view right behind you. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms w/ sleeping for 4 (2 twins, 1 queen). And the lower garden level offers a large lounge tv/gaming room, and an extra single bed, big gear area, and walk-out. The space New heat pumps keep this place the perfect temp all year long. There are plenty of extra towels, sheets, kitchen items, and cleaning supplies. Outside, there is a spacious yard with a fire pit (and lots of wood), a covered back entrance for bikes and skis, and a trail out the back to a beautiful stream perfect for walking dogs and kids. And, within walking distance to both base lodges, and only a few minutes to Bethel, Sunday River, the Androscoggin, trails and swim holes galore, we hope you love this hearty, happy place as much as we do!
