Four Season Eustis Retreat/Direct Trail Access

Travel to our newly built, modernized custom home located in the heart of Eustis, Maine. This oasis of a home will provide all the comfort and amenities you'll need to enjoy a relaxing getaway with family and loved ones. Enjoy this spacious 4 bedroom/2.5 bath home away from home nestled in the woods of Western Maine, where you may come and enjoy all four seasons of activities! The space Upon entering our Four Season's Eustis Retreat you'll walk into the open concept kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, flattop electric stove, built in microwave, dishwasher, two in one keurig/drip coffee maker and all the basic amenities you'll need to cook all your meals. The eat-in kitchen includes 3 seats at the bar in addition to the full size dining table that seats 7 more. The connecting space brings you into the living room which contains all the comforts and entertainment you'll need. This includes a smart TV and sectional couch with reclining capabilities. Access to our upper deck is located right out the screened sliding doors from the living room area. Our first floor "Sugarloaf Mountain" bedroom has two full sized beds, a closet and dresser for ample space to store your belongings. Just down the hallway is our half bathroom for connivence right as you enter the home. Once you trek upstairs, you'll have our master suite located to your right of the home with ample natural light beaming in, a Queen sized bed, Smart TV, and your very own couch (that does pull out into a full sized bed.) Our master suite also includes your very own bathroom with walk in closet, double sinks, a jacuzzi bathtub and stand up shower! Let's not forget the amazing views you have out the bathroom window. Across the hall is our third bedroom with a set of bunkbeds (full bed on the bottom, twin on top.) Large closet space and dresser for storage. The entire upstairs is fully carpeted. Just down the hall is our second full bathroom with double sinks and stand up shower. At the end of the hallway is our fourth bedroom with another set of bunkbeds (full memory foam mattress on the bottom and twin on top.) Guest access Guest have access to the entire home and property except for basement. *At the moment the basement is unfinished and off limits to access or use. This is a newly constructed home with more amenities to come! However you are welcome to use our outside fire pit, and hot tub! Other things to note House Rules: We ask that you leave the home as you found it, dishes should be washed and put away, furniture all in its place, check out instructions followed the morning of your departure, etc. No smoking or vaping (of any kind) in the house. Pet's are allowed (up to 2) for a one time fee of $50. We ask that you be mindful of your pets, we are happy to host them but please be respectful of the home and property! This includes keeping them off furniture if possible (if not, use a throw blanket or towel) and not leaving them unattended for long periods of time. We ask that you clean up their waste and dispose of it in the exterior garbage cans. IMPORTANT: If we feel the hot tub has been mistreated or misused we will charge $100 for any damages that occur during your stay (ex: excess amount of water loss, food/littering around the tub, etc.) We kindly ask you remove trash & returnables from the home the day of your departure and place in designated barrels (refer to house manual.) We understand accidents happen, if anything is broken during your stay, please notify your Host/Co-Host. No large gatherings or events without owner's written permission. Limit number of guests to those that have been accounted for in the rental. Extra's: Flagstaff Lake is only a short drive away to public access for fishing, swimming, boating and more! Pines Market rents standup paddle boards and kayaks.
