There are 2 living areas and a dining area off the open kitchen. Go down the hallway to access all 4 bedrooms. There is a full bathroom off a living area, a full bathroom off the hallway and one en-suite off the primary/king bedroom. There is a large screened-in porch off the main living area. Guest access There is a large driveway with parking for 4 cars. Access either through the front or side entry, with only 3 steps uo to enter. Other things to note **Important Notes** ✏️ Rental Agreement - Please note that a signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking. 🐶 Guests with dogs: Please send us a message with breed and size info PRIOR to booking! Although we love hosting pups, the Owner's homeowners' insurance has breed restrictions, and not all breeds are allowed. Max of 2 dogs. Cats are not allowed ✅ Number of Guests - Due to the septic system, a maximum of 8 guests is allowed. Please note that infants and small children count as guests and are counted toward the maximum guest count. ❄️ AC - There is limited AC, with window units in 3 of the 4 bedrooms and 1 unit in the dining room.
