You will also find all new beds and furniture, luxurious 100% cotton linens, and AC window units in the bedrooms. Located between downtown Boothbay Harbor and Ocean Point, this is a gorgeous spot for your next family vacation! The space Tailwinds is a former BnB and all 3 queen bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. It was recently renovated and has all new beds and furniture, and a crisp nautical feel. The main floor has 2 living areas and a kitchen space with a dining table, an office space, a full bathroom, a screened-in porch and a large deck. Upstairs are all the bedrooms which include 3 queen bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a twin bedroom and a hallway bathroom. We use high quality California Design Den 800TC cotton linens with duvets and duvet covers. Other things to note Please note that this home is waterfront on Linekin Bay, but there is no direct water access due to the rocky setting high above the water. All guests must sign a rental agreement within 48 hrs of booking.
