Newly Renovated Colonial Newport Condo located in the heart of Newport Downtown and just a few steps away from the best restaurants and shops in town. Fully equipped with everything you need! Only 10 minutes driving from Marble House, Cliff Walk, and The Breakers Mansion. The apartment has comfortable furnishings and is perfect for big families. Rooftop deck with partial ocean view, barbecue grill and furniture! The space The apartment has three floors, please be advised the there are stairs. On the 1st floor there is the large open kitchen and living room with one queen sofa bed and TV. Big dining room table and a full bathroom. The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Room 1 is the master bedroom. It has a king size bed with its own full private bathroom and closet. Free Washer and Dryer inside master bathroom. We do not provide laundry detergent. Room 2 has 2-queen size beds and its own full bathroom and closet as well. All bedrooms have TVs. On the 3rd floor we have a rooftop deck with partial ocean view where you can also make barbecue, and enjoy the sunny days. There's table, chairs and sofa on the rooftop. PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED WITH APARTMENT RENTAL. Guest access PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE RENTAL: From November 1st to April 30th, parking at the Mary St. public parking lot across the street from our unit is free of charge. However, starting from May 1st to October 30th, parking fees apply, and we'd like to outline your options: Passport App: You can use the Passport app to pay for parking at a rate of $3 per hour, with a maximum charge of $20 per day. Overnight Parking via Passport App: If you require overnight parking, you can opt for the Passport app's overnight parking option, priced at $30. This rate is valid until 9 am the following day. For any additional hours until your check-out time at 11 am, the charge is $3 per hour. Our Special Deal with Public Parking: We've secured a special arrangement with the public parking facility. Guests can park overnight for a fee of $25 until 9 am the next day (per night, per car, and you have the flexibility to pay for as many cars as you need). Payment for this option can be made conveniently through Vnmo, or we can arrange payment through Airbnb after your booking is confirmed. Other things to note This condo is newly renovated! Bright and clean space with new furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils, and more. It's centrally located! Paid Public parking right across the street and walking distance to every single shop and restaurant in town. - No pets allowed. - No parties allowed. - Non smoking property. Our service fee: $15.00 (plus post office price for handling) CLOSEST BEACH: Easton's Beach, located on Memorial Boulevard at the start of the Cliff Walk, is a 3/4 mile long surf beach with a board walk. Come relax and play in our beautiful white sand ocean beach- surf the waves, ride our beautiful 1950's carousel, visit Save the Bay Exploration Center and Aquarium, or get married in a gorgeous beach front ceremony and celebrate in our newly refurbished ballroom. Rosie's Beach Store carries daily rentals of beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas during the peak summer season. They also carry some of those items you may have forgotten....sunscreen, towels, buckets and pails! Seasonal public facilities include restrooms, indoor and outdoor showers, shade pavilion, playground, skate park, picnic and grill area, bike racks, first aid, carousel, an elevator and beach wheelchairs for people with disabilities, snack bar and 2 public parking lots.
