Set above a popular local tavern on Wickenden Street, this bright and airy space is ideal for anyone looking to experience the energy of Providence up close. The living room features plenty of comfy seating, a cozy couch to stretch out on, and a dedicated desk if you’re working remotely. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, coffee gear, and everything you need to whip up a great meal or enjoy takeout from one of the nearby restaurants. The dining area offers a warm spot to gather and unwind. Each bedroom has a brand-new bed with soft linens, ample closet space, and a clean, minimal aesthetic. The bathroom features a double vanity, full tub and shower, and is stocked with high-quality towels and essentials. You’ll also have access to a large in-unit washer and dryer for convenience during longer stays. Off the main bedroom, step out onto your private deck—perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink while taking in the buzz of the neighborhood. Please note: the tavern’s outdoor seating is located just below, so while the vibe is generally festive, you will hear city life during open hours. Guest access Guests will have full, private access to the entire apartment and the outdoor deck off the main bedroom—perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal outside. Please note that the back courtyard below belongs to the tavern downstairs and is not for guest use unless you're dining there. The back door leading to that area is for emergency exit only. Other things to note This apartment is located above a neighborhood tavern, so you may hear some activity on busy nights or during weekend events. The building is solid and features double-pane windows, but like most city spaces, some ambient sound can carry through. The private outdoor deck overlooks the tavern’s patio, where guests may be eating, drinking, or smoking during operating hours. Wickenden is a vibrant and popular street that often hosts local events, so parking can be limited.
