We have a professional pest control service that services the home regularly. However, the open setting of the home may allow desert critters or flying bugs to be present at the property and in the pool. Please understand that this is the nature of the region, and out of our control. If you encounter any of our desert dwellers during your stay, please reach out and we will try our best to remedy the situation. While our home is cleaned regularly before and after each guest, this desert region is know for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry sand that may collect in the yard, and pool overnight. Other things to note POOL & SPA: -Daily charge of $100 for pool heating. -If you want the pool heated, please let us know ahead of your arrival. -Please note that we do not allow single day heating requests. We do ask that if you would like to heat the pool that you do so for the entirety of your stay. -Spa heating is included in your stay. Pets are allowed and must be approved by host. There is a $100 pet fee per pet.
