Amazing ground floor apt at Balaia Golf Village

This flat is a ground level one bedroom apartment located at Balaia Golf Village. It was recently renovated to enhance our guest stay at this lovely resort. The space The apartment has a main bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a carefully decorated living room which holds a spacious sofa bed perfect for two singles or a couple, and a dinner table. A/C is available both at the bedroom and living room. There is WiFi and a 32" SmartTV (for your own streaming, no channels available). An outside patio with a table is just another plus of this beautiful apartment, and the swimming pool is just few steps away. Guest access Guests are welcome to leave their bags in a dedicated area near the reception on their arrival date and use the facilities of the resort if they arrive before check in time. Balaia Golf Village is a resort located in Albufeira. The resort is set in a tranquil and picturesque location, surrounded by lush gardens, pine trees and golf courses. Its reception offers many tourist services, such as transfers and car rental. There is a free parking at the resort. The apartment has a great location within Balaia, right behind the reception, in front of the main pool and the breakfast area. The resort boasts a range of facilities to keep guests entertained, including six outdoor swimming pools (free for our guests) and 4 tennis courts (for a fee). There are also restaurants and bars on site, offering a variety of options from poolside snacks and cocktails to full course dinners. For golf enthusiasts, Balaia Golf Village offers a challenging nine-hole golf course as well as a driving range and putting green. Other things to note Albufeira has a tourist tax of EUR 2 per person (except for childreen until 12 years old) per day, from April to October, limited to 7 days per stay. Also, before check in all foreign guests need to provide the following information to register with the Portuguese authorities: Full Name, Date of Birth, Nationality, City of birth, City & country of residence, Passport number, while Portuguese guests must provide their NIF for the tax receipt.
