The space This beautiful newly refurbished home has been finished to an extremely high specification for guests to enjoy. There are 2 bedrooms, two of which have a double beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room which can sleep an additional two guests. • Superfast broadband wifi • Two double beds and a sofabed • Oven and hob, microwave, fridge • Washing machine, iron and ironing board • Kettle and toaster • Full range of cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, utensils, etc • Hairdryer • Bedlinen and towels provided The property is well served by public transport, should this be needed. For guests which are driving, there is free on-street parking with a permit available at the property. It is the perfect location for a family weekend, business trip or for anyone working in the area for a long period of time and not wanting to be confined to a hotel room. Guest access 24-hour key access for checking in Guests will have access to the whole property Guests will have access to the whole property without any shared areas. Guests will also have access to a private, well maintained garden to the rear. Other things to note Standard check-in time is 3.00pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11.00am. Please note that there are 3 keys in the key safe and a fee of £25 per key will be charged if lost, please be careful with them and put back into the key safe upon checking out. There will also be a £100 charge if the car parking permits are lost and need to be replaced. My property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
