Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Some minor noise may be experienced during these hours. No work will take place on weekends or holidays. Additional FEES: 1) Parking Information: Guests are responsible for paying the parking fees directly to the building’s valet company upon arrival. The current rates are as follows: • $20 per day • $100 for stays of 3 to 7 days • $125 for a two-week stay • $175 for a one-month stay 2) REGISTRATION: a one-time, non-refundable registration fee is required for each reservation and must be paid upon arrival. The fee structure is as follows: $30 for 2-4 adults (includes 1 key fob) $60 for 4-6 adults (includes 2 key fobs) Key fobs are essential for accessing all building amenities and entering the building after hours. Guests will not be able to use any amenities without them. 3) PACKAGES: In case if guest decides to order online packages, received packages are $5.00 each (Amazon/eBay, etc. BEDROOM 1: KING size bed, smart TV, walk in closet. BEDROOM 2: Two twin beds, smart TV, wardrobe closet. DEN- Room 3: Den area has twin over twin bunk bed. Perfect for kids. It has access to 2nd full bathroom. Please NOTE: It is small size room and may not be comfortable for 2 adults. Living room has 55" smart TV with most local TV channels, comfortable furniture set that opens to the dinning area. Kitchen: Separate fully equipped kitchen area Pack & Play Portable Graco: Available Upon Request UNIT FEATURES: FREE Wi-Fi Smart-TV Cable with most local channels Fully Equipped Kitchen with all Dishes and Accessories: toaster, coffee maker, microwave and all cooking and serving items. Please note that the space is compact and may not provide optimal comfort for two adults. LAUNDRY: We DO NOT provide free wash. ​Guests are more than welcome to upload the laundry card with funds and use it as much as needed​. Laundry cards can be uploaded on the first floor. WASHERS & DRYERS are located on each floor. We DO NOT ship any guests belongings that are left by the guests. Please DO NOT leave your belongings upon check out.  PETS: NOT ALLOWED IMPORTANT: All guests must obey building rules and the building quiet hours. No parties, no loud music, no events from 10PM - 8AM. NO EXCEPTIONS. Failure to comply may result in an immediate fine of up to $500.00.
