Welcome to our beautiful apartment in the 2nd arrondissement, in the heart of Paris, in the prestigious Montorgueil district. This 18th-century building features a flower-filled, cobbled courtyard. The apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2022 in the Rocaille style favored by the Louis XV period, with wooden furniture enhanced by touches of marble and gilding. Located on the second floor without elevator, you will enter directly into the living room with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a solid wood table sleeping 6 people. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare a good meal! The apartment features a master suite with a woody wall, bathroom, and shower. There is also a signed marble dresser and a natural wooden cane chair. You will also enjoy a second double bedroom with an canopy bed and a marble dresser in Louis XV style. A third double bedroom with a clean style enjoys the calmness of the courtyard. The second and third bedrooms share the main bathroom in which you will find a large bathtub, walk-in shower, and toilet. The apartment has a second separate toilet.
