Hey! My place is peaceful condo in South Lamar (SoLa) with tons of natural light. Zilker park and Barton Springs are 10 minutes away on a scooter through the neighborhood. SoLa has many restaurants, bars, and shops. I’m happy to share my favorites! The space There is no elevator in the building. The condo is on the third (top) floor and has tons of natural light and tall ceilings. During cooler days, I love to open all the doors and windows and feel the breeze go through every room. The building is set back from South Lamar Boulevard and surrounded by trees, with a courtyard in the middle. Guest access You will have access to every room except the closet in the main bathroom. The closet in the guest bedroom is all yours though.
