It does NOT include stain removal, doing dishes, any waste or garbage left outside waste bins, and anything not covered by standard cleaning. Extra charges WILL apply. Kindly keep the place tidy. Apartment (including linens and towels) is only cleaned before each new check-in. We do NOT offer housekeeping services during stay. All consumables and essentials we provide are refilled (when needed) only before each new check-in. We do NOT provide refills during stay. We are not responsible for any stolen or damaged property/items. Any belongings left behind will be stored for 30 days, after which any unclaimed items will be disposed of.
