Guest access Check-in at Charlie is online and quite simple. On the day of your stay, you will receive the check-in link to send your documents and photo (selfie) and all other guests in the reservation. This prior submission is mandatory for your release in the building through facial recognition and to receive the password to access the apartment lock, okay! Check-in time: from 3 p.m. Other things to note 🫧 Cleaning ● Cleaning fee charged for the service performed after the stay in the amount of R$160 ● Additional cleaning: R$160 ● Attention - For stays, only receipts are issued. ● We issue an invoice for the cleaning fee. Arrival at the building ● Residential building with electronic gate, access via facial recognition ● Check-in from 3:00 p.m. (we do not grant early check-in). ● Check-out by 11 a.m. (we do not grant late check-out) ● Access to the building is not allowed before check-in. ● Luggage and objects are not allowed in the building's lobby and common areas ● The building does not have parking ● Your Pet is welcome to stay for 91 days or more! Consult us for conditions! ● No smoking in the apartments under penalty of a fine ● Visitor Policy - Up to 2 visitors per day are allowed, upon presentation of a photo ID at the entrance.
