A little house for you to disappear for a while and come back energized! We are located 15 minutes from the center of Araras and Itaipava, in an environmentally protected residential area, with a privileged view of the famous Pedra da Maria Comprida. We are also close to the Serra dos Órgãos National Park, a place that is well worth visiting. Our house is inspired by Scandinavian homes, but with our Brazilian touch, with everything you need to spend days of comfort and coziness! The space Our house was built in woodframe, with strong Scandinavian inspiration and elements that give our Brazilian personal touch. We are located in a residential condominium but do not have any neighbors pasted. The house consists of an internal area that integrates bedroom and living room with a double bed, dining table, work area, TV with TV stick, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and books. The kitchen is complete, with a minibar, oven and electric stove, microwave, cookware and household utensils, glasses, mugs, glasses and tulips. We have a Nespresso coffee machine and we always leave some complimentary capsules in addition to a French press and thermos. We love plants and are always putting new species around the place. Outside we have our deck in front of the house, which widens the view of the mountains from our surroundings, with an Alligator (native tree of the region) in the middle of the deck that we made a point of preserving. We have 2 outdoor areas: a grassy area on the side of the house, with a vegetable garden, shower, floor fire and barbecue. The other area is on the top plateau, also grassy and with a wooden board and our mined cast iron bathtub here in the region. We are happy to accept pets but our land is not 100% fenced in. We advise bringing only pets accustomed to open environments. We do not offer services during the stay, but we have a grocery store very close to the entrance of the condominium. Guests also often ask for hassle-free delivery in the area. Guest access Access to the house is paved, both outside and inside the condominium, and we have space to park the car inside the property, next to the house. Other things to note - Pets are always welcome! Don't forget to add this information to your reservation. - Smoking is not allowed on site. - Our house sleeps 2 people, and may on specific occasions accommodate 2 more (4 total). - Our house uses bio-digestor, so it is not allowed to throw toilet paper in the toilet. - To ensure the house is always impeccable, we do a thorough cleaning between each guest — including changing bed linens and towels. That's why we charge a cleaning fee, which covers the cost of the maid and materials, and is charged only once per reservation. - We do not make changes to reservation dates. We ask that you make your reservation carefully as we do not change dates that have already been confirmed.
