Mercato 2 bedroom apartment, located few minutes away from the main train station and from all the main attractions of Florence, is the perfect choice for families or groups visiting our beautiful city. Fully equipped kitchen/living room, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms: you'll find everything you need for your stay in Florence, including Air Conditioning in the 3 rooms. The space The apartment, approximately 75m2, is located on the 3rd floor without elevator of a building strategically positioned in the heart of the San Lorenzo Central Market. Upon entering you enter a bright living room, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. From it you access the two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds). The mattresses are in memory foam for perfect comfort. Finally there is a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in all rooms, fast Wifi that covers the whole house. Large paid parking lot only 1 minute walk away from the apartment. Other things to note For long stays (more than 14 nights), utilities aren't included in what you pay through airbnb: we'll read the meters and checkin and checkout and you'll pay what you consume (0,80€/kW electricity; 5,00€/mc water; 2,5€/mc gas).
