Common areas and elevator are covered with high-definition surveillance cameras. Each private studio comes fully-furnished with the following: 6-inch mattress, blinds, underbed and hanging storage, cabinet, air conditioner, microwave oven, electric kettle, mirror, kitchenette with sink chair and table, toilet, bath towels and toiletries, bidet, and shower with heater. Each private has free WIFI access. The Wi-Fi speed is up to 5 mbps (1 to 5 mbps ) and is burstable to 20mbps depending on availability of bandwidth in the area. Please take note that this is a shared connection. IMPORTANT NOTE: PETS AND MINORS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING. Interior design for the units are for staging purposes only. Point Blue is not responsible for providing any furniture, items, or goods as displayed in the photos unless otherwise stated. Guest access Upon check-in, guests will be issued a keycard, granting them access to the building at any time during their stay. Other things to note CHECK-IN WINDOW : 2PM-9PM CHECK-OUT: 12NN For early/late check-ins, late check-out, and daycation, please advise us beforehand and wait for our confirmation before proceeding. EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY: Earliest check-in we can allow with no charge is at 12NN. For check-ins from 6AM-08:59AM, we will be charging the one night rate. For check-ins from 9AM-11:59AM, half of the rate will be applied. Kindly note that this is subject to the availability of the unit if there will be no guests for check-out prior your stay. LATE CHECK-IN POLICY: Note that we will be charging a fixed rate of P 300 for check-ins from 10:01PM-5:59AM. LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY: We allow late check-out with no charge until 2PM. Beyond 2PM, we will be charging P 200/hour. Kindly note that this is subject to the availability of the unit if there is no guest for check-in after your stay. A fraction of an hour will be considered as one (1) hour. PARKING : We do not have an available parking slot for guests in the building. Parking space inside the building is exclusive to Point Blue's long term tenants. BOOKING CHANGES: You can edit/extend dates by clicking the "Change Reservation" button. Important Notes: *Strictly NO reducing of number of nights booked. *Airbnb allows date extension requests until 11am on your check-out date. *On-going bookings ("checked-in/ongoing stay" status) are no longer allowed to change units or check-in date. DAYCATION We allow daycations but the rate would still be for overnight stay. Check-in will be 8am-10am and check-out will be offset to 12 hours. Kindly note that this is subject to the availability of the unit if there will be no guests for check-out prior to your stay. COOKING POLICY Cooking is prohibited with the exception of microwave ovens, steamers, electric kettle, rice cookers, and air fryers. The unit comes with a microwave.
