There's a FREE tram(it works from 6am till midnight) that goes to the 5th station nearby where the house is located. There's a local shop 1min away from the house and a bar with an amazing viewpoint that I posted in one of the pics. it's only 15mins walking to the beach. 10mins walking to the subway,great loca The space it's a small place with a balcony, nice for one person or couple, great to chill as there’s a hammock,table with chairs and a space to make barbecue! You have the entire place for you.there's portable air conditioning, fan, electrical stove,fridge,oven,water filter dispenser,sofa bed,smart tv and etc. Clutery,pillow and bed sheets provided. 10 mins walking to the beach PS: I only rent this place for at least two months! PS: It's not recommended to climb stairs a or come back home in the dawn mainly if you are alone! highly recommend to come back home before midnight or in the morning by tram. PS: the house is located in a Favela, if you don’t know what “Favela” means, please search on the internet! for tours I highly recommend @wxpersonalsolutions check their insta! Guest access to get to the house you walk like 2mins from the cable car station. through some stairs. Without cable car it’s like between 10-15mins climbing stairs. Other things to note The tram works till midnight. if you don't take the tram you have to climbs plenty of stairs. Try not to come back home in the dawn. Don't bring strangers over.
