Perfectly located to spend the day at the beach & pick up lunch at Bennett's Store on your way, then head to town for dinner or cook at home and eat outside! This space has been specifically decorated to host nightly guests. The beds have cotton bedding and sheets. In addition, there are bath towels, as well as beach towels and chairs, available to our guests. The neighborhood is perfect for walking or riding your bikes around as a family after dinner; Quiet for resting up to tackle another beach day, and friendly to feel welcome in our lovely town. This property is a few minute drive to the famous Mother's Beach in Kennebunk. This Beach has fine sand for building contest-worthy sandcastles, surf to create the most fantastic boogie board experiences, and a horizon to lend the most amazing sunrises and sunsets. Mother's Beach is every child's favorite because of the playground next to the Beach. Also close are Middle Beach and Gooch's Beach, as well as Kennebunk Lower Village and Dock Square Kennebunkport. Our town is a quaint fisherman's village that has developed over the years into a desirable destination for visitors and summer residents. Now offers specialty shops, restaurants, bars, fishing and boating charters, trails to bike or walk, and the picturesque beaches that sweep our Maine coastline for miles. Kennebunkport and Kennebunk are centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 95 just between Portland, Me. And Portsmouth, NH. There's an Amtrak train station in Saco and Wells, and Uber transport is available. Portland's international jet port allows easy flights in and out of Maine. Boston Logan is a short drive, and with a local vendor, pick-up and drop-off can be arranged. This is a newer vacation home will be available for a weekly, weekend, and multiple weeknight rentals only. Two night minimum weekdays and Three night minimum weekends. •Linens provided for both the Queen and twin size beds. No additional guests allowed. •Towels, beach towels are always fresh. •We have plenty of pillows to choose from. •Well stocked Kitchen with all necessary equipment needed to prepare meals and a dishwasher helps make clean up easy •Washer dryer and laundry detergent/dryer sheets are available for you to use and replenished for you.
