Whether you are looking for a summer adventure, winter adventure, or foliage get-away, you can’t beat the beauty and access you will find at Green Pine! With the ability to comfortably sleep 8 people with two ensuite bedrooms, a 3rd bedroom featuring a bunkbed, plus a den with a pullout couch, it’s perfect for two small families, a large family, or a variety of friends mixed in, allowing everyone to find their own space. On the lower level you will find two bedrooms and an open den with a pull-out couch, TV, & plenty of games to keep everyone entertained. The first lower-level bedroom includes a queen bed with a private ensuite, recently remodeled full bathroom, and walk out sliding doors. The second bedroom is perfect for siblings, friends, or cousins and includes a bunk bed, full on the bottom and twin on top, plus a small seating area. Additionally, on the lower level you will find another full, recently remodeled*, bathroom and a convenient laundry room including a washer and dryer. *All bathrooms remodeled Spring 2025 – Updated pictures will be coming* The main level of the condo is centered around a beautiful stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and tons of windows. There is ample comfortable seating for everyone in the living room. When it’s time for meals, the large family dining table extends to seat 8 people, or you can grab a swivel stool at the high top kitchen counter. From the dining room you can walk out on the deck to enjoy early morning coffee, grill your favorite dinner, or stargaze from the 6 person hot tub. With a bi-weekly maintenance program for the hot tub, you never have to worry about the cleanliness. The main level of the condo also includes a mudroom with a closet to hang 7 sets of skis and provides cubby storage for helmets and a bench to put boots on. Finally, the 3rd level of the condo provides true privacy for the master suite. Accessed by an open staircase and beautiful catwalk, you enter the master bedroom including a king-size bed, TV, and beautiful views from the large windows. Upstairs you will also find a quiet nook with an armoire that opens into a desk, if you need to complete some work without the disruption of the fun happening downstairs. The master bedroom also features a recently remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms throughout the condo include both closet space and dresser space to move right in. Located in Bromley Village adjacent to Bromley Mountain, you are steps away from year-round fun! Grab your ski gear and hike a ¼ mile to hop right on the Lord’s Prayer trail to ski down to the lodge and lifts. If you’d rather take the shuttle, it picks up steps from the front door. With its year-round live music, lodge restaurants, and outdoor bar, you’ll love the charm of Bromley Mountain! In the summer the mountain transforms the adventure offerings to include a tree-top ropes course, mountain coaster, scenic chairlift rides, water slides, zip line, and much more! If you are looking for a low-key day in the Village, you can walk up to the beautiful heated pool in the summer, enjoy tennis on the clay courts, or watch the little ones swing & climb on the playground. The fitness center and clubhouse are also located on-site, and in the winter the kids love the sledding hill!
