The home accommodates up to 8 people comfortably and laundry is available in the basement level. Other things to note The Chickadee Bay House is part of Carroll's Cove. Carroll's Cove is comprised of two homes, Chickadee Bay and Schooner Bay, that share common spaces such as the beach, lawn and parking area. The two homes can be booked individually, or both homes can be booked under Carroll's Cove. Please note a third home is also on site and is the owner's residence.
