Other things to note House Layout: On the main floor you’ll find the kitchen, living, and dining area with two bedrooms. Each main floor bedroom has an air conditioning unit and a queen bed with attached bath (one full bath, and the other a ¾ bath). The main floor also has a powder room and laundry area. Upstairs is a large open family room with TV, a king bedroom with shared attached bath, and the fourth bedroom with two full beds. The upstairs is rounded off with a library with two cozy reading nooks. The basement is a walk-out, and has a third open area with lockers, seating, and easy access to the back yard and ocean. There is a separate one-bedroom apartment on the lower level. This unit has its own entrance and will share parking area and shore access. This unit is not often occupied and is not available as a short-term rental.
