The Main Living Space Features Herringbone Flooring, Extensive Millwork as well as an Abundance of Light. All stays over 7 nights require an additional $500 pool fee from May 15th ~ Sept 15th. Other things to note Pool is open Memorial Day ~ Sept 15. There is an extra fee $500.00 per 7 day stays for the pool usage. We are able to keep the pool open later. Terms and fees can be discussed. all stays over 28 days will be required to pay for electric and cable/Internet. Pet fees will apply. We also require a cleaning service twice a month at a minimum.
