All guests and vacation renters will have complete access to the rental property. All we ask is that you please keep out of the Owners Closet located near the main entrance. Other things to note * POOL HEATING FEE: The pool may be heated UPON REQUEST and PRIOR to the guests arrival in order to cover the costs to heat the pool. There will be a charge of $90 per day from October through April. We cannot heat the pool for individual or specific days during a guests reservation (it is an all or nothing). The pool will be heated to a comfortable 80 - 82 degrees. * POOL HEATING DISCLAIMER: Electric heat pumps are designed to function efficiently when the ambient outdoor temperature is above 50 degrees. However, when the temperature drops below this threshold, the heat pumps automatically shut off to conserve energy and prevent overheating. As soon as the temperature rises above 50 degrees, the system will resume heating the pool to the desired temperature of 80-82 degrees, working continuously to maintain comfort for our guests. * PROPANE TANK FEE: There will be an additional charge of $35 per propane tank. These tanks can be utilized for the BBQ grill - the 1st propane tank is complementary at no charge. Additional propane tanks are available and accessible upon request.   * PET FEE: There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150 per pet. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age, and training of animal. Please be advised that this fee is PER ANIMAL and that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e., Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing personal belongings).
