Our 41m2 apartment offers a wonderful opportunity to experience the best of Aveiro's cultural heritage, lively atmosphere, and coastal beauty. Whether savouring local delicacies, exploring the scenic lagoon, or unwinding on the nearby beaches, this property promises a memorable and enriching stay in Aveiro, Portugal. The property is located on the fourth floor and accessible by lift. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to enjoy your favourite shows and a kitchen island where you can dine with loved ones. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
