Río Blanco Refuge in the middle of the forest with a tub

An 80-square-meter house on a half-hectare plot of native forest that extends to the Blanco River, where you can see an impressive waterfall. It also offers the possibility of enjoying a tinaja for an additional cost of $40,000. The Refuge is located near various local attractions, such as the Osorno Volcano, the Petrohué Falls, Lake Llanquihue, Laguna Verde and the Hueñu Hueñu Park, among others. The space The house is fully equipped to accommodate 5 people comfortably. On the second floor, it has a master bedroom en suite, which has a private bathroom and a large dressing room. On the first floor, there is a second bedroom with two single beds, a closet and a TV. In addition, in the dining area, there is a comfortable sofa bed. The layout also includes a kitchenette, a laundry area (loggia) and a pleasant terrace. Guest access The refuge is located 4 km inland from the access point on Route 225 Canino Ensenada (a gravel road), within a private condominium with restricted access. Guests can enjoy trekking, birdwatching and fly fishing, as well as access to the Blanco River and its beautiful waterfall, which forms part of the condominium facilities. Other things to note It is located 40 minutes from Puerto Varas, along Route 225, and from that route, you need to travel 4 km inland (gravel road). It is 15 minutes from Ensenada, 30 minutes from the Osorno Volcano, 25 minutes from the Petrohue Waterfalls, 15 minutes from Laguna Verde, and 45 minutes from Cochamó.
