The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We highly recommend stopping by—they serve fresh baked goodies in the morning and lunch & dinner daily. You’re also close to a public boat launch, making it easy to enjoy boating and water activities during your stay. Water Usage Reminder We kindly ask you to keep water usage to a minimum, especially with laundry. We recommend bringing bottled or gallon water for drinking and waiting until you have medium or larger loads before washing. Fire Pit & Firewood Please bring your own firewood if you plan to use the fire pit. While previous guests may have left some behind, it’s not guaranteed. 🏠 Lakehouse Info & Guidelines- • Light switches are labeled in the main living areas. • Thermostat is located on the back wall near the propeller. Feel free to adjust it during your stay, but please return it to 60°F at checkout. • We do not provide food or beverages, but the kitchen is stocked with olive oil, salt, pepper, and some basic seasonings. • Propane grill is available—please turn off the propane tank after each use. Grilling tools can be found in the cabinet to the right of the fridge. • Garage access is included. The garage will be unlocked- no need to turn the knob. Just lift handle and door will move up. Please avoid tampering with other stored items. • Kayak and paddleboat are available—just be sure to return and secure them after use. • First Aid Kit is located under the bathroom sink. • Each TV has a Roku remote and a TV remote. Don’t forget to log out of your accounts before you leave (we’ll double-check as well).
