A quick drive brings you to hiking 14ers, Breckenridge skiing, rafting, gold medal fishing spots, hot springs and mountain biking. The space The home has 3 floors. The first floor consists of a game room with wet bar, a full bathroom, and a pull-out sofa. The second floor consists of two bedroom, open kitchen/dining/living area, and another full bathroom. The third floor consists of a loft area with dual bunk beds and 2nd living room, a master bedroom, and a full 3rd bathroom. Guest access Guests have access to entire property but are asked not to park in the garage. Feel free to use the fishing rods and tackle. Other things to note Although this home is one of the most easily accessed homes in the area, It is recommended that guests have AWD/4WD with either chains or winter tires during winter conditions. The house is located at 10,500 feet. Some guests coming from lower elevations may experience the effects of being at altitude.
