CHECK IN - All our locks are electronic and the keys are generated on the date of the reservation. We pass on all access information close to your check-in time. - Check-in time is 3 p.m., but we are flexible. If you need to check in earlier, the request must be made in advance so that we can evaluate the possibility and plan ahead. CHECK-OUT - Check-out time is 12 p.m. - If you wish to check out later than scheduled, the request must be made in advance to evaluate the possibility. If possible, there will be an additional charge. - The gate control must remain in the apartment in an easily accessible location after check-out. DELIVERY - For delivery, the full address must be informed, including the apartment number.
