Bali House is a recently renovated studio with an incredible view from the iconic large window on the 17th floor of one of the tallest buildings in the city, it is located in Mirante do Vale, where it is the stage for the beautiful Santa Ifigênia viaduct. The decoration is a separate chapter: the project's main element is a bathtub with Doka organic design and set next to the window, with the privileged view as the final composition for this space full of colors and personality. The space Note: According to established rules of the condominium, together with the fire department, the apartment will receive a flame-retardant closure on the lower part of the large window, that is, on the 3 lower panes of glass. The main purpose of the project was to leave the scenographic and usual environment in the same measure, with unique choices of textures, colors and hand-picked decoration to make the space charming and comfortable, fully encompassing its possibilities, being a perfect choice for photos, recordings , but also to enjoy an evening with family, friends or as a couple, the project was developed by architect Monalisa Araújo for the company Vossa Bossa. With an incredible location and unique design choices such as a beautiful rattan swing and a bathtub strategically facing the city view, the studio is in front of the new and recently revitalized Vale do Anhangabaú, where it is easy to explore the historic center and the surroundings, from one of the most effervescent points in the heart of the city of São Paulo. Mirante do Vale is a building that for 48 years was considered the tallest building in the country, in addition to being the 18th tallest skyscraper in South America, measuring 170 meters high. Designed by architect Waldomiro Zarzur, its construction began in 1960 and was inaugurated in 1966, and until then it has original characteristics that have been preserved, taking us on a journey to a bygone era and, in parallel with that, bringing modernity through its extension, known such as Sampa Sky, which is a modern and current space, which receives tourists from all over the world and is a separate area of ​​the building. Other things to note We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Please inquire before booking. The available laundry is self service and paid and works 24 hours inside the Building. There is paid parking right next to the building.
